What was the highlight of Hotel Forum Roma
Old fashioned or even outdated, but great service
Stuff at reception and cleaning staff were always available and helpful. Location is great. Overall I would not consider it 4 stars, but a comfortable old fashioned hotel.
Based on the photos here, I booked a family room but was very disappointed as we got two connected rooms that were each very small, with no common space as in photos. I mentioned it to staff and they were able to move us to two separate rooms that were much better. So 5 stars to customer service! The hotel is built around an old church and is very old fashioned or even outdated in furnishing and look. Some showers did not drain fast enough so you stand in a pool of your soapy water. Not sound proof and you are in central location, both from the streets and from rooms above or next to you. Beds are ok but some are probably a bit old and sink in the centre.

The American bar is great and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The noise from the street after midnight was a bother.staff was very helpful.

Exceptional stay in an older hotel that takes you back in time
I loved the charm of the hotel and the location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not to be missed. Jacob at the front desk was especially kind, warm, and helpful during my stay. Loved their attire as well. I will definitely be returning!
The only slight negative was the bed was a bit firmer than I'm used to but the rooms were lovely.
